Is VAT included in your prices?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT is charged at the standard UK rate of 20% where applicable.
What do you need from me to get started?
A clear brief covering your services, target clients, and any existing brand assets (logo, colours, fonts). We send a simple questionnaire at kickoff to capture everything we need.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We take 50% upfront and 50% on completion. We don't start work until the deposit is received.
Can I spread the cost?
For projects over £2,000 we can discuss staged payment schedules. Speak to us about your situation.
What if I need changes after launch?
Minor changes in the first 30 days are included. After that, changes are covered by a care plan or quoted separately depending on scope.
